Boeing, General Motors And 3 Stocks To Watch Heading Into Tuesday

With U.S. stock futures trading mixed this morning on Tuesday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:

  • Wall Street expects General Motors Co. GM to report quarterly earnings at $1.86 per share on revenue of $43.61 billion before the opening bell, according to data from Benzinga Pro. GM shares gained 1% to $55.45 in after-hours trading.
  • Brown & Brown Inc. BRO posted better-than-expected results for its fourth quarter on Monday. Brown & Brown shares gained 1.9% to $109.90 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts expect The Boeing Co. BA to post a quarterly loss of $2.44 per share on revenue of $16.17 billion. The company will release earnings before the markets open. Boeing shares rose 0.2% to $175.50 in after-hours trading.

  • Nucor Corp. NUE reported upbeat fourth-quarter financial results after the market closed on Monday. The company reported fourth-quarter revenue of $7.08 billion, beating analyst estimates of $6.76 billion, according to Benzinga Pro. The steelmaker reported fourth-quarter earnings of $1.22 per share, beating analyst estimates of 65 cents per share. Nucor shares gained 0.3% to $122.39 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts expect Starbucks Corp. SBUX to post quarterly earnings at 67 cents per share on revenue of $9.32 billion after the closing bell. Starbucks shares fell 0.4% to $99.60 in after-hours trading.
